Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By visiting the website or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. The Service

The Service lets signed-in players save progress to our servers and lets every player download stories and receive optional notifications. The Game works without an account, and you can play every story you own without an internet connection once it has been downloaded.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to agree to these Terms, or have a parent or guardian do so. Give us accurate details, keep your password secret and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

4. Acceptable use

We may rate-limit or block activity that threatens the Service.

• Do not attack, overload, probe or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service, or interfere with other players.
• Do not use bots or scripts to create accounts, send events or download stories in bulk.
• Do not try to obtain stories you have not unlocked.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but cannot promise it will always be. We may change, pause or withdraw parts of it, with notice where reasonable. We may also release stories on a schedule we announce in the Game.

6. Intellectual property

The website, the Game and everything in them, including the paintings and story, belong to BuildLaunch and its licensors. You may share links and screenshots for news, reviews and personal commentary, with credit, but may not reuse the art or text as your own or for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Termination

You can delete your account from the Game’s pause menu at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Service if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, BuildLaunch gives no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the current version; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
